ABOUT THIS ROLE
Balbix is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer in India, for its platform and services development. You will play a key role in choosing the technology stack, architecture, feature set of Balbix’s product initiative. Balbix consumes information from many different sources within the enterprise, such as Active Directory servers, switches and routers, proprietary agents ,and build pipelines interfacing ML teams,UI teams. Balbix is looking to create a catalog of features, integrations and development including cloud environments. As the initial member of the team you will collaborate with Balbix’s product management, and technical leads to ensure scalable, rapid, high quality features. You will also have the chance to to solve real-world problems plaguing cybersecurity
You Will
- Design and develop high quality, scalable and stable web applications, and back- end services
- Own End to end feature development which includes requirement analysis, design, develop, reviews, test and release.
- Develop new algorithms and learn new technologies and adopt
- Participate and contribute to engineering process at Balbix and work with product management
You Are
- A quick learner with grit and rigor , who can take ownership of work.
- Passionate about programming and have wrote softwares/programs in past
- Passionate about building simple and elegant solutions and help product growth
- Collaborative and comfortable working across teams
- Responsible and like to take ownership of challenging problems
- Good communicator and team player
You Have
- B Tech/M Tech degree in CS or equivalent exposure to software development discipline
- Well versed with any one programming language such as Python, Javascript, Java, C++
- Knowledge of various components of software tech stack like frontend, middleware , web-server, Rest API , databases, messaging Service .
- Excellent communications skillsMotivation and passion for building world class enterprise products
