Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of strategy at RappiCard.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Launch all type of initiatives (new products, features and functionalities, portfolio development campaigns, product profitability, operational improvements and value proposition and pricing strategy)
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Define and create dashboards for OKRs and KPIs monitoring
• Digging deep into data to derive insights
• Create business cases for decision making
• Develop operational and financial models
• Build decks
• Coordinate cross functional teams
• Project manage key company’s initiatives

Qualifications:

• Team player

• Passion for disruption and innovation

• Genuine interest in Fintech and financial inclusion

• 4-6 years in management consulting, investment banking or in strategy at a fintech or internet company

• Degree in economics, engineering, mathematics or actuarial sciences

• Deep understanding of excel, SQL and Power BI

• Superior writing and communication skills in both spanish and english

• Attention to detail
