Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in non-DC industries.
• 5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
• Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Driving license Category B.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
• Experience with change management initiatives and a proven track record of positively impacting team culture change.
• Solid understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, control systems, and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and grow team members, through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• A strong willingness to engage culturally with the local community.
