Atom Computing is seeking an Office Manager in Boulder, CO who will play a vital role in supporting our growing team. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, process deliveries, manage office-related vendor relationships, replenish office supplies, ensure positive on-site experiences with customers and guests and keep the CEO’s schedule and correspondence running smoothly and effectively.
The successful candidate for this role will have a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism, effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to manage complex, multi-time zone scheduling as well as coordinating on and off-site activities. To excel in this role, the candidate will need to be able to manage confidential information, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency. This position is required to be on-site in Boulder, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Job Requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment for employees
- Manage a complex calendar, coordinating executive level internal/external stakeholder meetings
- Support the CEO in meeting preparation; generate and format presentations, deck consolidation, agenda, actions, follow up, etc.
- Process NDA signatures as warranted with key partners and manage document retention
- Coordinate with property management to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and general upkeep of the office
- Serve as point person for staff questions regarding the office space and office policies
- Assist and lead the planning, coordinating and facilitation of in-office employee events
- Assist with meeting coordination both internally and externally. Greet and interact with all office visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain our visitor management software platform
- Serve as the point of contact for Purchase Orders, entering, submitting and tracking all orders in a timely manner. Assist with supplier follow-up as necessary
- Facilitate business communication between members of management, staff and outside senior business contacts, as directed
- Organize daily office lunches via our meal delivery platforms
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen and break room area
- Order, receive, and stock kitchen supplies such as snacks and beverages.
- Order, receive and distribute office and IT supplies as needed
- Perform other administrative and office management duties as assigned
Experience & Education
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years relevant administrative, hospitality or customer-service experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting a senior-level business leader in a corporate environment, start-up experience a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial office setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
- Positive, can-do attitude with customer service motivation
- Ability to organize and systematically execute multiple projects at once with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Judgment and discretion to maintain a level of confidentiality appropriate to various business situations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to see projects through to completion
- Adaptability and willingness to explore and implement new ideas with an open mind
- Capable of lifting objects that weigh up to 20 pounds.

The base salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer an annual bonus and equity in the company.
