About the Job
As a Channel Sales Manager you will drive revenue growth by driving revenue through a multifaceted partner approach, including MSP/MSSPs, VARs, SIs and cloud marketplaces. You are passionate about the technology and have a proven track record of building and managing similar partnerships and a solid understanding of the networking and cybersecurity markets. This is an entrepreneurial role in which you will be working alongside the EMEA Director to build out a partner network and establish Banyan as an SSE vendor of choice.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your existing relationships to recruit and onboard new channel partners
- Develop and execute a regional channel sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners and their sales teams
- Provide sales support and training to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure a seamless and effective go-to-market strategy
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide regular reporting on channel performance and recommend improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, a plus if any experience building and managing partnerships for a technology company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and experience working with VARs aligned with SentinelOne, Okta, Crowdstrike, as well as the SSE vendor landscape a plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking products, trends, and market landscape
