We are looking for someone to lead our East Coast enterprise accounts partnering with your counterpart in the west.
In this role, you will be a foundational member of the Sales team that will have a profound effect on the growth and sales process. You will be on the forefront of closing deals with big logos and providing solutions to pain points universally felt by company’s technology groups.
How do you know if you’re a good fit? You have a track record of quota over-achievement, and have grown an ambitious pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the C Suite. You will help us scale this function and report directly to our COO who leads our GTM Team.

  • Focus on closing Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) from lead generation and marking teams
  • Prospect and execute successful sales plans for named enterprise accounts
  • Qualify leads based on their challenges and our cutting edge solutions
  • Use an effective network of partners, gurus and analysts to evangelize Blameless
  • Identify prospect champions to propel Blameless as the solution of choice
  • Guide relevant stakeholders through the sales process to close

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
  • Grit and resilience
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter who has a strong desire to carve out a path, make an impact, and grow with the company
  • Passion for sales and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, overcome objections and rejections from leads on a consistent basis, and tackle opportunities with a competitive mindset

Nice to haves:

  • Based in/around Atlanta Metro Area, San Francisco or Portland
  • Experience using or other Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tools

Other details:

  • Compensation range: $110k - $145k base, based on experience plus bonus structure, equity, and standard benefits.
