The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a design assistant or intern, strong proficiency in Illustrator, and a proven ability to produce accurate, high-volume work within tight timelines. This is an opportunity to own critical parts of the product development process across Bombas intimates and apparel categories, supporting a fast-moving team during key Go-To-Market cycles. You will play a meaningful role in bringing product to life, ensuring that ideas translate into accurate, well-executed products that reach customers. This is a hands-on execution role where precision, speed, and accountability are critical to success. This is a 6-month temporary role supporting the Design team during high-volume Go-To-Market cycles.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Core Design and GTM Execution (approximately 80%)

  • Own execution of assigned product workstreams within intimates and apparel, ensuring accuracy from initial development through final approval
  • Conduct market and trade show research to inform seasonal concepts and product direction
  • Support seasonal CAD development, including artwork and print execution aligned to brand standards
  • Build, update, and maintain tech packs in PLM, including BOMs, technical details, and revisions
  • Prepare presentations that are clear, organized, and ready for cross-functional review
  • Manage and track samples across development stages, ensuring visibility and organization
  • Attend fittings and capture precise, actionable notes to support product iteration
  • Support lab dip tracking and color development in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Tech Design, Merchandising, and Color to support GTM timelines
  • Attend and document key cross-functional meetings, ensuring follow-ups are clear and actionable
  • Deliver accurate work quickly while managing multiple deadlines and priorities

Innovation and Digital Design Support (approximately 20%)

  • Support research and exploration of AI and 3D design capabilities within the design workflow
  • Assist with rollout and onboarding of Clo3D and other emerging tools
  • Contribute to visual board development, research, and internal rollout initiatives
  • This is a supporting component of the role and not the primary focus

What we’ll love about you:

  • Extreme attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce accurate work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to produce high-quality work quickly within tight timelines
  • Strong eye for product, particularly within intimates and apparel, and understanding of how design details impact the final customer experience
  • Curious and proactive with a desire to understand the purpose behind the work
  • Comfortable operating within structure while taking ownership of output
  • Interest in 3D design tools and AI-driven workflows is a plus
  • A team player who is willing and happy to help
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Belief in our mission and understand the importance of giving-back
  • Inquisitive, love to learn, embrace failure, and never give up
  • Comfortable working in an open office environment while staying focused

What you’ll love about us:

  • We are a team of smart, interesting, diverse, funny, and loving people.
  • We offer competitive compensation, snacks, socks and a fun, relaxed office environment.
  • We take the responsibility to make sure you are excited, happy, and find fulfillment in your work very seriously.
  • We value fun. This is why we host office lunches, offsite team outings and company retreats.
  • We believe in giving back to the community and helping those in need, which is why we volunteer as a team regularly.

What you’ll bring:
