The Opportunity:

Help drive a positive, team-oriented culture through hands on experience doing the following:

  • Support various People programs and operations
  • Learn about and contribute to the new hire experience; schedule and participate in orientations
  • Support and plan employee engagement events, surveys and related activities
  • Help to build new workflows and processes, providing feedback and suggestions
  • Enter and track employee information in the HRIS system (Rippling)
  • Learn about employee benefits and compliance
  • Support employees with inquiries and requests
  • Assist in the collection of internal and external information and prepare reports
  • Other projects and assignments to support and gain experience in different HR areas
  • Review and update employee documentation, internal employee website and company policies

The Skill Set:

  • BS or BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management or similar field
