Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Opportunity:

Most SDR roles promise promotion paths; this one delivers on that promise, and there are multiple examples as evidence. Our CEO actually started his career as an SDR, and genuinely views the SDR team as DataGrail’s talent pipeline. Combining the opportunity for growth with a competitive salary/benefits package and the ability to work in the data privacy space makes this Inbound SDR position unique.

The Inbound SDR at DataGrail will contribute to our overall sales goals by supporting inbound opportunities for the Commercial, Mid Market and Enterprise sales teams. The inbound SDR will manage and qualify these leads to help ensure that we hit pipeline goals and ultimately generate net new revenue via marketing qualified leads including content downloads, webinars, events, demo requests and platform walkthrough requests.

  • Dedicated to hitting and exceeding daily expectations
  • Showcase the ability to prioritize action items appropriately and stay organized
  • Concisely describe DataGrail’s problem-solving values
  • Write relevant and personalized emails to the correct personas and accounts
  • Explain a technical product in an easy to understand way
  • A true cold calling expert
  • Flexible and able to pivot on messaging/targeting and strategy
  • Quickly research a company/prospect to understand their current privacy programs, and how DataGrail can help
  • Able to handle rejection, learn from it and push forward anyway!

Within 90 Days You'll:

  • Successfully hit ramp quota
  • Understand the DG personas, feel confident in how to write a cold email to a DG prospect
  • Successfully run inbound qualification calls independently with marketing/inbound leads
  • Handle cold call objections
  • Deliver a strong DataGrail value prop

Within 180 Days You'll:

  • Have a strong understanding of DataGrail core products
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily and weekly activity metrics as well as monthly quota
  • Strong understanding of our primary competitors and how we differentiate
  • Collaborate with and assist other team members on best practices

Within 365 Days You'll:

  • Lead by example - mentor more junior members of the team
  • Assist in optimizing SDR team outreach strategies
  • Begin preparing for your next role at DataGrail

Please note that the compensation range below is a guideline and final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
