What We Do

Create and maintain a proactive and stable IT environment as well as provide IT support to our Epic people. You will be empowered to shape processes that deliver optimized IT service across our business. Work with emerging technologies while enabling IT success for everyone.

What You'll Do

The Director of Enterprise Applications will define, deliver, and support business solutions enabled by the core ERP system. This role will have immediate senior-level ownership of both the People Technology and Finance Technology teams in the Technology Services organization. In this role, you will develop relationships and partner closely with senior/executive leaders in HR and Finance to influence and support business strategies. To be successful, you will need a high degree of technical acumen to understand how tools can drive innovation and efficiency while being able to redirect ideas that are not aligned with long-term goals.

In this role, you will

  • Communicate regularly with executive stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities, and to solicit feedback on cohesive strategy and direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the evolution of enterprise applications, helping the team prioritize projects based on business impact and resource availability
  • Manage a team of application administrators, analysts, and system integration developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in application development, security, and sensitive data management
  • Collaborate with Technology Services leadership to develop and manage the departmental budget, allocating resources effectively to support project delivery and ongoing maintenance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Technology leadership roles, focusing on enterprise application development and management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale application implementation projects, demonstrating the ability to take projects from conception to completion
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise application architectures, technologies, and best practices for SaaS technologies, including all modules of Workday (HCM & Finance)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

$199,815$293,062 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$190,733$279,741 USD
