ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

What We Do

Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

The AP Analyst is responsible for reviewing supplier invoices and statements for accuracy and reconciling any discrepancies that are found. This position will also assist with invoice entry and analysis of AP processes to identify areas of improvement.

In this role, you will

  • High volume invoice data entry into ERP including 2-way and 3-way matching to contracts or purchase orders and verifying proper coding of expense account and cost centers
  • Analyze and resolve purchase order, invoice discrepancies
  • Reconcile supplier statements, answer vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by striving for accuracy and identifying areas for continual improvement
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • Moderate Excel experience, Google Sheets a plus
  • Gmail/Hiver experience
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High volume AP experience
  • Software: Procure to Pay module of any major ERP; Workday or Coupa experience a plus
  • Knowledge around end of year Tax reporting including issuance of large quantities of Form 1099 and 1042s and aiding in investigations
