What You'll Do

We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to work on marketing efforts for our creator-facing initiatives.

In this role, you will

  • Assist with the day to day operations of our marketing initiatives, including identifying compelling content, clearing said content with developers and internal cross-functional stakeholders, and bringing it to players through our marketing channels
  • Work with our Creator Relations teams to launch multiple campaigns promoting game content to players. This would include working on a joint channel & geographic approach, reporting & analysis of results, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Provide campaign reporting and optimization recommendations across all channels
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, video producers, and an external agency to drive our creative briefing and creation process to be executed at Epic quality
  • Partner with the internal development teams on timing and deliverables for new consumer facing features and events
  • Manage and own a promotional calendar tracking all creator-facing marketing initiatives
  • Proactively identify new areas of marketing opportunity and build marketing campaigns that can grow our creator base
  • Maintain daily oversight and management of go to market plans by collaborating with broader cross functional teams, including creator relations, paid media, legal, product management, creative services, community, analytics, and more so experience working with cross functional teams is critical
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and present to creative partners as it relates to the maintenance and development of content across digital platforms

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a consumer-facing marketing role in gaming, entertainment, tech or a similar industry
  • Self-starter who naturally knows how to flex ideas and priorities when faced with new information
  • A collaborative person who can build consensus across teams around complex ideas
  • Clear & collaborative communication style
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Excellent people skills, a talent for building strong relationships
  • Can work under pressure to deliver excellent quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who is solution oriented and able to work autonomously and within teams
  • Willing to work on an East Coast time zone

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$106,314$155,927 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$99,935$146,572 USD
