What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the LEGO Fortnite marketing team to help develop and oversee innovative marketing plans. You’ll design, execute, and lead marketing campaigns that engage the existing community and invite in new players. The role involves daily oversight and management of innovative GTM plans and 3rd party partnerships as well direct coordination with social, influencer, and paid media marketing managers. This includes collaboration with cross-functional publishing teams including Creative Services and Communications. Additional work includes coordination with Business Intelligence, Content, Design and Online teams to provide Marketing’s POV on overall game initiatives.

In this role, you will

  • Work with the marketing team to develop Go-To-Market plans and execution of all marketing tactics
  • Develop compelling campaigns that attract new audiences to the game
  • Manage evergreen programs to engage the existing LEGO Fortnite community
  • Coordinate with cross-functional studio teams (production, design, art, online services, business intelligence) to ensure broad marketing POVs and visibility on all initiatives
  • Coordinate with external partners including IP, First Party and hardware partners to maximize marketing impact and reach
  • Provide insights for optimizing every campaign
  • Build/maintain relationships with internal teams: executives, game leads, community, PR, influencer relations, creative services, video, localization and more

What we're looking for

  • 5-8+ years of experience in video game marketing, especially live service games
  • Background in marketing or related fields
  • Strong communication and follow-through with interdepartmental teams
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a global vision/strategy, lead cross functional teams on projects and balance priorities and internal resources
  • Experience presenting plans and discuss strategy with leadership and working with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$127,025$186,304 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$121,252$177,836 USD
