Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team on a part-time, 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in IT support within a professional environment. As an IT Support Intern, you will assist with a variety of technical tasks, support our internal teams, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems.


  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
  • Support the IT team in various projects and initiatives.
  • Document and log support activities, maintaining accurate records of issues and solutions.
  • Assist with the setup and management of user accounts and access controls.
  • Provide support for office technology, including printers, scanners, and other equipment.
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and support.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Availability to work 30 hours a week.
  • Must be able to work in the Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with Video Conference Equipment (Zoom Rooms, Google Meets etc)
  • Experience with Okta or other identity and access management systems.
  • Experience using MDM systems
  • Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Knowledge of basic scripting and automation tools.
  • Fluent in English
