About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems team. Reporting to the Senior Manager - GTM Systems, you will serve as a key contributor to the design, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. Your work will directly support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by optimizing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and enabling actionable insights through scalable solutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce professional passionate about enabling GTM teams through innovative, efficient, and effective system designs.

What you’ll be doing:

Salesforce Administration and Optimization:

  • Manage the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce, including user roles, profiles, logic, fields, layouts and integrations.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce for GTM processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and implementing data hygiene protocols.

System Enhancements and Integrations:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy enhancements for Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Lead or support the integration of third-party tools, such as marketing automation platforms, CPQ solutions, and customer success tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.

Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and issue resolution for GTM teams.
  • Provide user training, create resources, and drive adoption of Salesforce features across the organization.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Partner with our analytics team to build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance pipeline attribution models, campaign tracking, and other reporting mechanisms.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure Salesforce configurations adhere to compliance standards and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address technical debt, working with leadership to prioritize enhancements.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, flows, process automation, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
  • Experience with integrations involving Salesforce and tools such as Revenue Cloud/CPQ, marketing automation platforms, or customer success platforms.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance and pipeline attribution models.
  • Experience in project management or business analysis.

Hybrid work:

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Salary Range: $103,000 - $128,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
