This is a rare opportunity to build a world class IT function within a rapidly growing SaaS/PaaS enterprise. You will guide the company in supporting our physical and technical assets, build a collaborative support team, and research and implement services and hardware to keep pace with our domestic and international growth.

• Oversee the IT service desk ticket system and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Ownership of resources within IT across the organization to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning of tools and systems
• Consolidation of vendor management and the negotiation of contracts and management of renewals
• Create and manage asset databases providing HR and Finance with insight into asset disposition
• Implement and check security policies, i.e., laptop encryption, password requirements, 2-factor authentication, lost or stolen laptop protocols
• Collaborate with the Finance team to define and manage the IT budget
• Supervise the daily operations of IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with HR to define onboarding and offboarding policies and processes
• Implement training tools for employees on the effective use of resources and equipment
• Evaluate the current systems and tools and develop a plan to automate and scale processes for a company of 150+ employees
• Develop a redundancy plan for IT

• 5+ of successful leadership within a growing IT organization, whether as a lead or management title
• Startup experience, building from chaos to calm and trusted support
• Comfortable working within a virtual corporate environment
• International IT operation support
• Strong vendor relationship management experience
• Familiarity with Zoom, SalesForce, Box and Greenhouse
• GoogleSuite administration experience in scaling and automating setup
• Collaborative and personable
• Proactive and analytical mindset, with a desire to problem solve

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.

The hourly compensation range for this position is $45 to $60 with possible conversion to full time employment. If converted to full time employment, the compensation range would be $95,200 to $128,800. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

• Experience with the skill sets required for success
• Demonstrated competencies and potential
• A geographic market-based approach
