What you'll do

As Director of Revenue Marketing, you are an experienced leader who delivers predictable pipeline. You deeply understand modern demand strategies, ABM, field marketing, paid acquisition, and enjoy being responsible for pipeline quotas. You respect and appreciate technical ICPs and are thoughtful about how to engage with them.

You know what it takes to build effective go-to-market strategies to scale pipeline. You are passionate about understanding exactly what drives people and how technology can solve their problems. You enjoy speaking with customers, working closely with SDRs, and partnering with the PMM team. You are high empathy, low ego, and enjoy being a part of a team.

  • Develop and optimize demand strategies for enterprises and service providers
  • Map demand programs to the prospect and customer journey
  • Be accountable to pipeline goals, and meet or exceed quarterly numbers
  • Optimize and scale performance marketing
  • Partner with the field team to create and deliver on successful campaigns and events
  • Manage a team to deliver on key metrics, booked meetings and pipeline
  • Forecast and report on outcomes, and clearly communicate those results across the business
  • Launch and scale channels and new ways to distribute content and educate our prospects and customers
  • Build a close relationship with the sales team

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience generating demand with technical audiences
  • Deep understanding of modern demand generation to a technical audience
  • A proven track record with network, cloud, and/or infrastructure teams
  • Strong leadership skills - able to influence, set goals, communicate, and drive projects across cross-functional teams and the company
  • A data-driven approach to building and testing campaigns, nurture programs, and paid acquisition efforts
  • Knowledge of modern MarTech tools and platforms
  • Curiosity around what drives people and how technology can solve their problems

Our compensation philosophy encompasses a fair program for all in order to attract, engage and retain talented individuals who will drive our business and wow our customers.

The compensation range for this position is: $170,000 - $250,000. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:

  • Experience with the skill sets required for success
  • Demonstrated competencies and potential
  • A geographic market-based approach
