We are looking for an experienced, talented bookkeeper to join our finance team. The finance team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, maintaining up-to-date ledgers, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports to support informed decision-making and financial planning. This position reports directly to the Company Global Controller.

In this high-visibility and influential role, you will ensure accurate financial records, provide timely reports, and support audits while collaborating with various departments.

Requirements

  • Certified bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Experience with virtual payments and other SaaS platforms
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good English proficiency - an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, take full ownership of multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytically-minded and data-driven, comfortable diving into facts and numbers, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in a global high tech company: an advantage
  • Experience with inventory management: an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including purchase invoices
  • Prepare and manage ongoing payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements with invoices and payments
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process credit card receipts
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Record and manage employee expenses and global travel reports
  • Handle financial reporting to Israeli authorities (social security, income tax, VAT, forms 856, 126, etc.)
  • Participate in preparing monthly budget analyses
  • Support cross-company projects
