We are looking for an experienced, talented Architect In this high-visibility and influential role, you will take part in developing and integrating cutting-edge technologies from the definition stage through the planning stage and the development of new features while solving challenging implementation problems and ending in successful tape-out and product bring-up.

• 8+ years of experience working on complex, networking architectures
• Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: Ethernet layers, switching and network topologies, Memory subsystem design, On-chip interconnect, and Debug methodology.
• Good understanding of ASIC design flow
• Experience with MAC and PCS sub-systems
• Experience with RDMA and/or MPI
• Experience with PCle and/or CXL: advantage
• Knowledge of high-speed design
• Good understanding of SOC security aspects: advantage
• Excellent communication skills within and across teams and at the executive level

• Take a significant part of architectural definitions for NextSilicon SOCs
• Close collaboration with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including hardware, software, and system engineers
• Evaluate and recommend selections of technology, IP, and vendor
• Technology expert; build a knowledge base for the group
• Influence roadmaps and help set technology targets for future SOCs.
