We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team.

The HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as an HRBP, supporting senior leaders in a global technology company.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization.
  • Exceptional ability for building strong business relations and trust within the business, coupled with an ability to influence its leaders.
  • Be the go-to HR representative for employees and managers in the business unit you support.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects.
  • Proactively support the execution and delivery of all HR programs and organizational development processes.
  • Achieve maximum team effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Consult all levels of managers, support and coach them on all employee lifecycle events and employee-related issues, policies and procedures, change management, and more.
  • Be flexible and able to cope well within a dynamic work environment.
  • Team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings with the business units under your responsibility.
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group, to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to complex employee relations. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Offer daily feedback and guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
