The AI Infrastructure team develops the full software stack that powers AI workloads on our unique hardware architecture.
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Belgrade. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you’ll help build the runtime that executes AI workloads on NextSilicon’s next-generation compute platform.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in computer science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong coding skills in C++ and Python
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: high-performance computing or GPU/CPU architectures; optimizing CUDA / ROCm / OpenCL kernels for custom hardware; or developing Linux kernel modules or device drivers
Responsibilities
- Develop a state-of-the-art AI framework and compiler stack that runs efficiently on our next-generation hardware, delivering best-in-class AI acceleration
- Build high-performance backends for leading AI frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow
- Contribute to the design of NextSilicon's next-generation AI hardware by modeling and analyzing performance
