As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

What You'll Do?

• Work closely between the onboarding product squad, global and local operations teams to implement solutions that improve the onboarding and early experience of couriers.

• Identify the highest priorities, provide data-based decisions, generate buy-in from the organization in order to prioritize product initiatives.

• Actively analyze results of deployed initiatives based on key metrics that must be moved, iterate on learnings.

• Work closely with other members of the product team to measure and communicate the impact and efficiency of current and new business processes.

• Assist in shaping the roadmap and deciding which projects and areas of the puzzle the squad should focus on.And help defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on information gathered.

Required Skills

• Preferred 2+ years experience as a product or business analyst, and/or experience working with engineering teams, business intelligence, or operations of digital business or startups.

• Graduates in fields related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

• Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as a problem-solver, breaking down complex issues.

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.

• Passionate about products and comfortable conducting analysis and trials.

• Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment.

• Very strong communication and organization skills.

You'll rock if:

• Advanced knowledge in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (similar).

• Advanced English and/or Portuguese.

• Experience in the app delivery industry.

• Experience in project execution from 0 to 100.

• Ability to handle unexpected situations, prioritize correctly, and look for unusual solutions.
