As a payment Product Manager, you will lead a Squad along with the Engineering Leader and Product Designer who identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or set of features will fulfill, define what success looks like for that product, and lead a cross-functional team to turn that vision into a reality. Responsible for all stages of the product development lifecycle.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it.

• Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking.

• Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.

• Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.

• Develop and execute strong “go-to-market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• 3-6+ years in Product Management with experience with product discovery, planning, technical delivery (eg. scrum/agile).

• Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage).

• Position can be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Brazil where we have our main offices. Globally located is possible under the right circumstances.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions).
