In Rappi Turbo we are looking for an experienced Product Lead to lead our inventory and supply chain management solutions at the fastest-growing quick commerce digital retailer in LATAM. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives aimed at optimizing inventory management and enhancing the efficiency of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to adoption.

• Drive adoption to ensure impact metrics are achieved.

• Define product roadmaps and set measurable goals.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• 5-6 years of experience in inventory and supply chain domains and product management.

• Proven track record of successful product launches and management.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Demonstrated experience in optimizing inventory levels and developing inventory management strategies for Retail vertical

• Expertise in supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationship management

• Familiarity with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and related analytical tools.

• Experience in implementing and managing inventory and supply chain software solutions.

• Knowledge of industry best practices in inventory control and supply chain efficiency

• Understanding of inventory management best practices and integration into financial systems (ERP) and financial processes

• Proven ability to manage and improve supply chain processes, reducing costs and improving service levels.

• Proficiency in data analysis and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

• Experience with product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Expertise in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

• Ability to work with and understand complex technical systems and environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of programming languages or database management is a plus.

• Experience with SAP Material Management is a plus.

• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to product development and optimization is a plus.

• Languages: Spanish and English. Portuguese is a Plus
