- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación.
- Experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de contenido de formación multimedia.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para evaluar la efectividad de la formación.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión del aprendizaje y tecnologías relacionadas.
