We are seeking a highly skilled Blue team leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, vast experience in networking in AWS, as well as, security perimeter and infrastructure monitoring tools.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

What you’ll do?

• Lead the planning, identified business requirements and manage Blue team’s backlog and roadmap.

• Lead the design of technical solutions for Blue team requirements, but also proactively participate in the designing of security solutions in general.

• Respond to incidents in network and security infrastructure monitoring devices.

• Coordinate availability shifts in the team to attend incident response.

• Manage the security network strategy and architecture.

• Attend development tickets to create security groups rules

• Lead vulnerability infrastructure strategy

• Lead security infrastructure configuration strategy

• Manage and configure Security perimeter and monitoring devices:

  • Firewall

  • WAF

  • Threat detection

  • SIEM

What you’ll need?

• Professional degree in software engineering/ computer science or similar.

• 7+ Years of experience in Information security

• 5+ Year of experience in AWS Networking and security tools.

• 3+ Years of experience leading security teams

• English B2

• Solid experience in AWS networking, specially Security Groups, VPC, firewall and security tools: Security Hub, WAF, Inspector

• Experience in SOC and SIEM use case creation.

• Extra points for:

  • Postgraduate degree in Information Security

  • Security/AWS Certifications

  • Experiences with Lacework

  • Experiences with Wazuh

  • Experience with Wallarm
