We are looking for a driven and highly-analytical marketing professional to join our Paid Search team as an Analyst. In this role you will manage and own the performance of Search Ads (SEM, ASA and ASO) , one of Rappi’s most relevant paid-media channels, across 3-7 countries. This will allow you to have an immediate and meaningful impact on the company.You will be responsible for making sure the end-to-end operations of the Google Search, Apple Search Ads and App Search Optimization channels work as expected, and for working with your manager to bring the most new users at an efficient cost through budget allocation and bidding optimization. For this, you’ll need to develop and leverage reporting, tracking and analytical tools that allow you to do this job effectively.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Acquire a deep understanding of the end-2-end operations of the Search channels, to identify improvement opportunities and places where issues could occur
Create high-level reporting for each step of the process that allows you to quickly identify issues
Communicate with internal (Adtech, product) and external (Google, Apple) teams, to identify opportunities and bugs, and troubleshoot the latter
Track performance on a daily basis, to make sure we are spending the budget provided to the channel in the most optimal way
Implement budget allocation and bidding strategies to continuouslly maximize the volume of first orders delivered through the Search channels
Work closely with creative teams to continuously improve product visuals
Identify improvements to Rappi’s web and app that could enhance the experience of customers entering Rappi through search channels
Identify opportunities to improve our adcopies, image extensions and other influencers of search ranking
Candidate Wishlist:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with analytical focus (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration with focus on business analysis etc.).
3+ years of experience in highly-quantitative/analytical roles (must be comfortable with data analysis and using data to make decisions)
Expert in MS Excel, Google Sheets. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Python a plus
1+ years of experience managing performance for a digital marketing channel
Experience creating and/or managing Google Ads campaigns/ads
Organizational skills: Keeps track of all the tasks and projects in an organized fashion, and works with manager to prioritize and manage time effectively
Independence: Proactively implements and communicates advancement on tasks, initiatives and projects
Attention to detail: Double and triple checks to make sure that crucial tasks are correctly done, makes sure data and calculations are correct in an analysis
Strong communication skills: Establishes continuous communication with the manager to fully understand expectations, remove blockers and identify next steps. Ask questions without fear (even “basic” questions).
Drive: No time is idle, is always advancing on tasks or projects, looking for improvement opportunities, or asking where extra hands are needed. Is resilient and doesn’t shy away from fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English (Spanish and/or portuguese fluency a plus)
Direct experience managing performance of SEM or SEO a plus
Knowledge of analytics & tracking tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Amplitude, Singular) a plus
