El Agente ELC desempeña un papel fundamental para garantizar una experiencia de vida temprana fluida para los restaurantes durante sus primeros 3 meses en Rappi. Este puesto implica llamar de forma proactiva a los restaurantes para garantizar que estén configurados correctamente dentro del sistema y en pleno funcionamiento. Los agentes de ELC son responsables de brindar capacitación integral al personal del restaurante para garantizar que estén bien informados sobre cómo utilizar las diversas herramientas y funciones de Rappi

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Tener contacto diario con socios para ayudarlos a navegar el ecosistema de Rappi, adaptándonos a sus necesidades y asegurándonos de que aprovechen las oportunidades disponibles.

• Analizar socios para identificar oportunidades en sus configuraciones y operaciones.

• Brindar insights a los socios sobre cómo mejorar sus operaciones y aumentar sus ventas en Rappi.

• Capacitar a los socios en herramientas de autogestión diseñadas para cubrir necesidades operativas, revisión de indicadores de desempeño y creación de campañas.

• Participe activamente en las sesiones de formación de los socios para mejorar sus conocimientos sobre el uso de nuestros productos.
