The role focuses on safeguarding and continuously improving operations across retail sub verticals by analyzing trends, monitoring KPIs, and enhancing delivery processes. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, streamline logistics, and boost customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position provides retail partners with data-driven insights to elevate their performanceAs part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to retail operations on the Rappi platform. This may include order volumes, delivery times, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize analytical tools and software to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive operational improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track key metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of retail operations on the Rappi platform. This includes evaluating delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and store-level performance. Identify areas of improvement and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes for retail partners on the Rappi platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store managers, delivery drivers, and customer support representatives, to develop and implement process improvement initiatives. This may involve optimizing order fulfillment, delivery routes, and customer service processes.
- Partner Relationship Management: Work closely with retail partners to understand their operational challenges and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Build strong relationships with retail partners and act as a trusted advisor to support their business growth on the Rappi platform.
- Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels and stock availability for retail partners on the Rappi platform. Collaborate with partners to optimize inventory management, reduce stockouts, and ensure timely replenishment. Identify opportunities to improve stock forecasting accuracy and inventory turnover.
- Customer Experience: Analyze customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience. Collaborate with retail partners and the customer support team to address customer concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Logistics Optimization: Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery processes and ensure efficient last-mile delivery for retail partners. Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks, optimize delivery routes, and reduce delivery times.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to management and retail partners. Clearly articulate complex data-driven insights in a concise and understandable manner.
- Technology and Systems: Stay updated with the latest technologies, software, and systems related to retail operations and logistics. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall experience for retail partners and customers on the Rappi platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail operations and logistics. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to drive operational excellence and enhance Rappi's competitive advantage.
