Liderar las estrategias de la categoría a cargo, realizando ajustes de las variables comerciales y de marketing para el correcto desempeño de la misma, perfil con habilidad para el manejo de proveedores, solido conocimiento de negociaciones. Enfocado a buscar un crecimiento sostenido de la categoría asignada con un desenvolvimiento óptimo hacia las otras áreas de la organización.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Manejar las variables de Plaza, Precio, Producto y Promoción de las categorías asignadas.
• Negociación de acuerdos comerciales con los principales proveedores.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las áreas de Operaciones, Supply y Finanzas para el correcto performance de su categoría.
• Presentar el plan estratégico de la categoría asignada en función de variables internas y externas.
• Evaluación y seguimiento de KPI's estratégicos para el área comercial.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Conocimiento de retail y/o consumo masivo.
• Experiencia en gestión de proveedores.
• Bachiller/titulado en ingeniería industrial, ingeniería de sistemas, administración de empresas, economía o campos relacionados.
• Conocimiento paquete Office.
• Tener más de 2 años de experiencia laboral.
• Inglés nivel intermedio.
