You will play a key role in building and maintaining Rappi’s financial models, analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and supporting ad hoc analysis for leadership and investor updates.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support internal decision-making

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Growth teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and provide insights

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and support ad hoc analysis for leadership and investor updates

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables, which requires a strong attention to detail.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
  

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles
  

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (required)
  

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to non-financial stakeholders
  

• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  

• Experience working in cross-cultural or regional teams is a strong plus
  

• English proficiency (spoken and written)
