O Auxiliar Administrativo será responsável por apoiar rotinas operacionais e administrativas da empresa, contribuindo para a organização dos processos internos, controle de documentos e suporte a diversas áreas. Esta posição exige proatividade, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com demandas simultâneas em um ambiente dinâmico e em crescimento.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades:

• Apoiar as rotinas administrativas utilizando ferramentas digitais como, Google Workspace, Slack e plataformas de automação;

• Organizar e manter atualizados os arquivos e documentos em nuvem;

• Criar e manter dashboards simples e relatórios operacionais (em Excel, Google Sheets)

• Prestar suporte a áreas correlatas;

• Auxiliar no agendamento e organização de reuniões, eventos e etc.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• Ensino médio completo (superior em curso ou completo em Administração, Gestão ou áreas correlatas é um diferencial);

• Habilidade no uso de ferramentas digitais (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.);

• Organização, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação;

• Mentalidade ágil, colaborativa e orientada a soluções.
  

Diferenciais:

• Vivência em startups ou empresas de rápido crescimento

• Inglês, ou Espanhol será um diferencial
