Experimentation & Execution:
Own the end-to-end execution of analytical and experimentation projects (mainly A/B Tests) — from ideation to implementation at scale. You will design experiments, define hypotheses and KPIs, analyze results, and generate data-driven recommendations that guide product and business decisions to achieve measurable impact.
Planning:
Build and monitor the execution of the quarterly analytics and experimentation roadmap. You will create business cases, define quarterly OKRs, maintain weekly performance trackers, and ensure alignment toward achieving targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Growth, Operations, and Regional Leaders — to drive alignment on hypotheses, metrics, and strategic decisions. You will develop clear documentation and communicate insights effectively to inform leadership and stakeholders.
Analytics & Insights:
Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data. You’ll automate reporting processes, uncover key growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that enable faster, data-informed decision-making across teams

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Experimentation roles.

• Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests or other causal inference methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.

• Demonstrated ability to make data-backed decisions that influence product or business strategy.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.

• Languages: English (B2 level or higher).

Desired Requirements

• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.

• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Knowledge of Python or statistical programming languages (R).

• Experience with experimentation platforms and incrementality measurement frameworks.
