You’ll be part of our Restaurants vertical, where you’ll be in charge of helping the GLOBAL team to build the processes to manage the acquisition operation across Latam.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Support data analysis of strategic initiatives and special projects related to the existing business, new products and expansion markets.

• Find facts and uncover insights about the operation and our relationship with restaurants

• Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards to support the company in its expansion and growth.

• Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver.

• Process driven and strong abilities to build them from scratch.

• Exceptional skills in Excel (will be assessed).

• Familiarity with data preparation and visualization tools (Microsoft Power BI or similar) relational, transactional and partition based data models.

• Advanced level in SQL and NoSQL.

• Encontrar hechos y descubrir insights sobre la operación y nuestra relación con los restaurantes.

• Desarrollar marcos analíticos y dashboards para apoyar la expansión y el crecimiento de la compañía.

Lo que estamos buscando:

• Pasión por un ambiente de startup dinámico y de ritmo acelerado, contribuyendo al crecimiento de la empresa.

• Mentalidad altamente analítica y adaptable, con experiencia comprobada en resolución de problemas.

• Enfoque en procesos y fuerte capacidad para construirlos desde cero.

• Habilidades excepcionales en Excel (serán evaluadas).

• Familiaridad con herramientas de preparación y visualización de datos (Microsoft Power BI o similares) y con modelos de datos relacionales, transaccionales y particionados.

• Nivel avanzado en SQL y NoSQL.

Puntos extra si tienes:

• Conocimiento de R, Python u otros lenguajes de programación (gran plus).

• Inglés fluido.
