Essa posição é estratégica e terá papel fundamental na excelência operacional dos Centros de Distribuição (Dark Stores), logística de abastecimento e no alinhamento com o time global.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

O que você vai fazer

• Gerir equipes centrais e regionais de Supply Chain, garantindo eficiência dos CDs, logística de distribuição e planejamento de abastecimento das Dark Stores.

• Definir e implementar os melhores modelos operacionais de logística por região.

• Prospectar, negociar e gerir operadores logísticos para os Centros de Distribuição.

• Alinhar estratégias globais com o time internacional, garantindo a melhor execução local.

• Acompanhar e otimizar indicadores-chave, como:

  • Custo total logístico

  • Disponibilidade de produtos

  • Forecast accuracy

  • Perdas operacionais

  • NPS

• Experiência sólida em Supply Chain, Logística e S&OP.

• Capacidade analítica para tomada de decisões estratégicas.

• Liderança inspiradora, com experiência na gestão de times presenciais e remotos.

• Foco em resultados e agilidade na execução de planos táticos.

• Conhecimento financeiro voltado à otimização de custos.

• Comunicação clara e objetiva para atuação com múltiplas áreas.

• Inglês ou espanhol avançado (ambos são um diferencial).

• Energia para motivar o time e entregar resultados diariamente.

• Experiência em operações de negócios de alta velocidade, como o modelo da Rappi Turbo.

• Vivência em startups e metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
