Support the company's strategic growth initiatives, investor relations and future funding efforts. The role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and executing strategic opportunities, including markets/verticals expansion, partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities. Similarly it will have exposure to preparing investor presentations and reports and analyses towards improving the equity story and positioning of the company.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from investment banking or management consulting with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Identify, evaluate and size new growth opportunities, including market expansion, new products, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions

• Conduct market mapping, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.

• Support partnership negotiations and deal structuring
  Build financial models and valuation analyses

• Support due diligence processes and transaction execution.
  Develop business cases and financial projections for new initiatives.

• Support preparation of investor updates, board materials, and performance reports

• Maintain data-driven reporting on company performance and strategic initiatives

• Help manage and nurture relationships with key investors

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Background: 2-3 yrs in Investment Banking or Consulting, or experience in Corp Finance

• Education: degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

• Skills: financial modeling, strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities, Strong communication and presentation skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
