This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Planners, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate performance tracking, support target-setting processes, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of commercial metrics.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze commercial performance metrics, including revenue, target achievement, pipeline health, and account productivity.

  • Monitor performance across KAM portfolios and sales teams, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support leadership with performance reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.

Target Setting & Forecasting

  • Support the target-setting process for commercial teams.

  • Build models and analysis to ensure targets are realistic, aligned with growth objectives, and fairly distributed across teams.

  • Support revenue forecasting by analyzing pipeline evolution and historical performance trends.

Sales Incentives & Commissions

  • Support the design and administration of sales incentive and commission structures.

  • Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate tracking of performance vs. incentives.

  • Analyze the impact of incentive structures on sales performance and behavior.

Pipeline & Productivity Analysis

  • Monitor pipeline health and sales activity metrics.

  • Identify gaps between pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.

  • Analyze KAM productivity and account coverage, supporting initiatives that improve commercial efficiency.

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into commercial performance.

  • Ensure data accuracy across systems used for sales performance tracking.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
