As the BI Lead for Rappi Mexico’s Operations Team, you will own and manage diverse, data-driven initiatives to identify opportunities in fleet management, operational efficiency, and service quality. This is a critical vertical for Rappi – your insights and strategies will form an essential part in achieving company growth while delivering with world-class quality.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

The role’s responsibilities include:

• Efficiency analyses across regions and courier profiles

• Behavioral and performance analyses for strategy design

• Opportunity identification in service quality and fleet management

• Independent data/analysis ownership capacity

• Development and execution of cross-functional initiatives

• Presentation of results for senior management

Responsibilities:

• Efficiency analyses across regions and courier profiles

• Independent data/analysis ownership capacity, with the capability to identify the need for, and develop, required granularities

• Behavioral and performance analyses for strategy design

• Opportunity identification in service quality and fleet management

• Effective prioritization, accompanied with quantitative data points as needed

• Development and execution of cross-functional initiatives

• Effective communication skills across seniority levels – comfortable in developing and presenting material for senior management

The ideal candidate:

• Education level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or other similar

• Experience: 5+ years of operations and/or management or consulting experience

• Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proactive in developing solutions

• Strong leadership and consistent ownership abilities within fast-paced environments

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to generate value in defining quantitative findings, translated into action plans

• Project management experience engaging multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams

• English and Spanish required

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Google Workspace, Power BI
