The Head of Ads in Andino is the person who is responsible for the relationship with endemic and non endemic partners as well as media and Advertising Agencies in Peru and Ecuador.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

The Head of Ads works directly with vertical leads and KAMs to develop 360 Solutions for our clients. At the same time is responsible for the P&L of the business unit.

This person leads a team of KAMs who look after executions for our clients and develop long lasting relationships with our stakeholders, driving excellence in Planning, Implementation, Reporting and Analysis.

Key Requirements

4-6 years of experience in commercial positions with proven track record of leading high performance teams

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business acumen through analytical thinking to assess process performance

Excel management

Experience leading and developing a team, ideally in a fast-growth environment

An owner's mentality to build out local sales culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and collaboration.

An entrepreneurial approach to identify gaps and proactively implement new processes to bridge gaps

High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
