What you will do

  • Strategy. Lead the strategic direction for Sysdig’s corporate websites, balancing performance with experience.
  • User Experience. Manage the user experience and conversion rate optimization strategy of the website, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance visitor engagement and conversion rates. Leverage data to deliver insights to the broader marketing team.
  • Development Lifecycle. Oversee the web development process and site architecture, leading the team to make sound decisions to drive agility, scale operations, and support a quality visitor experience.
  • SEO. Iterate on and refine the technical SEO strategy in partnership with external resources. Collaborate closely with the content team to develop and execute an effective SEO content strategy.
  • Leadership. Lead and mentor an internal senior developer and external resources, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Innovation. Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, SEO, and digital marketing technologies to keep Sysdig at the cutting edge.

What you will bring with you

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex web projects and improving web conversion rates, managing performance analysis with tools like GA4.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems. Wordpress experience preferred. HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience required.
  • Experience analyzing and defining user experience for marketing websites. Experience with testing tools preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Agency management experience, integrating internal and external resources to drive delivery.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $143000 and 179000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience and education.
