What you will do

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner management strategy in India aimed at nurturing strong relationships with System Integrators, driving market expansion and revenue growth acceleration.
  • Owning a regional quota, you will lead the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing support of System Integrators to ensure they are fully enabled to co-sell Sysdig’s solutions.
  • You will collaborate with System Integrators and cross functional Sysdig teams to devise go to market strategies, co marketing campaigns and sales empowerment initiatives.

What you will bring with you

  • 5+ years experience building partnerships with System Integrators in India in the technology industry
  • Domain expertise with one or more of the following: open source software, cloud security, visibility, and monitoring software, Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience working with multiple industry teams (BFSI, Government etc) and solutioning teams of most prominent System Integrators in India
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales goals in a startup environment
