What you will do

  • Provide consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation to leaders, recruiters and HR business partners
  • Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for new and existing positions
  • Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales
  • Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information
  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
  • Prepare salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions
  • Assist in preparation of merit increase, incentive, and equity compensation budgets and manage annual and mid-year focal cycles
  • Conduct ad hoc research to benchmark benefits and employee offerings
  • Develop and shape strong change management plans in support of rewards-related programs and priorities
  • Support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide rewards training and communications to foster a greater understanding of total rewards
  • Support pay transparency efforts including preparing and delivering training for managers and employees

What you will bring with you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field required (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a compensation role at global High tech or IT companies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Rewards surveys, including Radford
  • Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently as the situation demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional certification is a plus (CCP, PHR, CEBS)

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $150,000 and $200,000/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience and education.
