We are looking for driven team members who want to join us on our mission to lead cloud security globally. Does this sound like the right place for you?

What you will do

  • You will report to the Manager, Business/Sales Development.
  • Work in a team environment to source prospects and develop opportunities for Sysdig in new accounts through outbound efforts (email, phone) and other marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Uncover our needs, technical requirements, and the buyer's purchasing process.
  • Promote Sysdig and stay on top of Sysdig's core functionality, product offerings, competitors, and overall market knowledge.
  • Document activities in Salesforce.com.

What you will bring with you

  • Minimum 1+ years of Sales Development/Business Development (SDR/BDR) experience.
  • Technical competence desired, ideally in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise IT.
  • Competitive, and passionate team player.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs/Targets.

  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Startup experience and industry experience are advantages but not essential.
  • Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful career.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $72000 and $90000/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
