What you will do
- You will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Success
- You will be a hands-on technologist and collaborate with Sysdig customers.
- You have experience establishing communication and engagement with customer's organization from engineers to Exec level
- You will achieve results and value realization by establishing customer-centric solutions
- You will provide customers guidance on Sysdig deployments and operational best practices
- You will contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform
- You will advocate for customer requirements and partner with Product Management and Engineering to align road projects.
- You will partner with Sales to ensure customer retention and account growth
- You will partner with Support and Professional Services to ensure quality customer solutions and efficient issue resolution
What you will bring with you. Experience using the following technical skills to build customer outcomes:
- Experience creating and optimizing container images
- Experience installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes in an Enterprise environment
- Experience creating Kubernetes clusters On-Pre and on Cloud Service Providers
- Experience with cloud native applications, security, automation techniques, and DEVSECOPS
- Experience in software development and scripting using API endpoints
- Experience leading projects, working with Customers/Users (internal and/or external),
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers
- Experience managing issues, root cause analysis, and driving to resolution
- Bonus: Experience using time series metrics to troubleshoot application issues and understanding of industry-accepted monitoring practices like Golden Signals, USE method is preferable
What we look for
- One or more of CKAD/CKA/CKS Certifications
- Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms
- Experience with Prometheus and PromQL
- Team players who inspire customer loyalty and new ideas.
- Hands-on technologists dedicated to continued learning
- Experience with Cyber Security in Cloud and Container Ecosystems and able to act in a consulting role
- Empathetic, patience, and a passion for working with customers
- Experience working with Sysdig and Falco

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and 179,300. USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
