What you will do

  • Lead building events, including large corporate conferences, industry trade shows, customer and prospect gatherings, and partner events, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and our goals.
  • Handle physically demanding movements like pushing, pulling, bending down, standing for long periods of time and lifting of packages too.
  • Design and implement trade show strategies to maximize booth traffic, lead generation, awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-department partners to ensure event goals, messaging, promotion, and audience engagement align with broader company strategies.
  • Report on event success, to different partners including executives, on event ROI. Apply these insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and contingency strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the virtual event programming

What you will bring with you

  • 8+ years of experience in event and trade show management, including large-scale corporate events and B2B trade shows.
  • Expertise in accomplishing, and analyzing trade show participation to achieve measurable our goals.
  • Experience managing coordination with corporate marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring agreement across partners.
  • Ability to articulate event strategies, gain partner buy-in, and share clear insights with leadership.
  • Experience accomplishing successful trade show experiences, from booth design to lead generation and post-show evaluation.
  • Proficiency in event marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Goldcast, Airtable) and project management tools (Asana).
  • Budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience delivering exceptional event experiences, coupled with the ability to measure and communicate their impact.
  • Ability to travel approx. 25%, domestically and internationally

The U.S. annual range for this full-time position is between $141000 and 176,000 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
