What you will do

  • Reporting into the Director, Global Lead Development Director, you will work in a team environment, you'll source contacts, develop new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound efforts, support marketing campaigns, and educate prospects on Sysdig's products and services with the aim to create meetings.
  • You will achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.You will uncover technical requirements, and the prospects' pain points to produce quality meetings.
  • You will promote Sysdig and stay on top of Sysdig's core functionality, product offerings, competitors, and overall market knowledge.
  • You will document activities in Salesforce.com.

What you will bring with you

  • Minimum 1+ years of Sales Development/Business Development (SDR/BDR) experience.
  • Demonstrate experience achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs/Targets.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $64,000 and 88,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
