What you will do
- Reporting to the Head of Americas Sales you will lead Sales Development Representatives to exceed pipeline and quota goals
- You will build playbooks for prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity creation
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead conversion and pipeline growth
- Use Salesforce and Clari insights and data to guide activity, conversion, and accurate forecasting
- You will hire top talent to grow a world-class lead development organization
- Represent Sysdig with prospects, customers, and at main industry events as needed
What you will bring with you
- 8–10 years of experience as inside sales or business development leader
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, with technical buyers
- Track records of achieving global pipeline and quota goals
- Experience hiring, scaling, and retaining high-performing teams

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $220,000 and 302,500 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
