What you will do

  • Reporting to the Head of Americas Sales you will lead and mentor Sales Development Representatives to exceed pipeline and quota goals
  • Build and execute playbooks for prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity creation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead conversion and pipeline growth
  • Use Salesforce and Clari insights and data to guide activity, conversion, and accurate forecasting
  • Hire, develop, and coach top talent to grow a world-class lead development organization
  • Represent Sysdig with prospects, customers, and at key industry events as needed

What you will bring with you

  • 8–10 years of experience as inside sales or business development leader
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, ideally with technical buyers
  • Track records of achieving and exceeding global pipeline and quota goals
  • Experience hiring, scaling, and retaining high-performing teams

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $220,000 and 302,500 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
