We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR team who will focus on recruiting top technical talent for our Tel Aviv office. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring with Trullion’s culture. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and closing offers. You will also participate in general HR initiatives surrounding employee welfare and other strategic projects. This role is ideal for a proactive, independent recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to contribute to a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions from sourcing and screening to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels.
  • Conduct interviews assessing skills, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and contribute to writing job descriptions and market insights.
  • Take a core part in the HR team, including ownership of the HR newsletter, employee onboarding, and additional strategic projects.
  • Leverage social media as a talent attraction tool. Act as a company ambassador and represent our employer brand externally.
  • Stay informed on tech recruitment trends, AI tools, market benchmarks and best practices in candidate experience to continuously refine our approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally within the Israeli market.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
  • Proficient in ATS tools (Comeet / Spark Hire), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
