The Role:
The solution consulting team at Ushur works as a bridge between customers, sales, product and engineering teams to ensure the successful sale, onboarding, expansion and renewal of our customers. As an Ushur Associate Solutions consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our solution consulting and sales team to help our customers maximize the benefits of Ushur. This includes scoping and designing end-user and customer automation journeys using state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence, and data science. The position as an Associate Sales Consulting is at the heart of the Sales Consulting team, driving the business forward and shaping the success of our customers.

While the role is technical in nature, you'll have the opportunity to work with our customers and our internal teams daily. In addition, you'll be relied on to demonstrate initiative and the ability to seek out relevant information along with operating with a sense of urgency to meet potential customer needs, whatever they may be.
This role is a great position to start your career in sales. The Associate Sales Consultant role will carry a one-year to 18-month growth plan allowing you to promote into more senior roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Become a power user of the Ushur Platform and be able to respond to functional and technical elements
Provide basic client-facing demonstrations
Analyze and draft detailed RFx responses
Provide the Sales Consulting team documentation and configuration assistance during Proof of Concept (POC's)
Building components for and supporting demonstrations of product solutions, helping answering customer questions and capturing technical discussions.
Supporting product development, bugs using Asana and Jira
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years experience in a consulting company or mid-to-large SaaS enterprise solutions company or similar experience
1-2 years of experience in sales preferred but not required
Startup DNA is a must: willing and able to do "whatever it takes" with motivation to find solutions rather than admire the challenge.
Customer-first behavior
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon AWS
Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman tool
