As the Front Office Receptionist, you will serve as the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk, handle inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.
Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Verify guest credentials and the purpose of their visit
Escort guests to their designated floors or areas, providing guidance and information as needed
Manage and coordinate conference room bookings.
Maintaining visitors logbook
Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Notifying housekeeping of all check-outs, late check-ins, early check-ins & special requests
Issue, collect, and track access keys for authorized personnel, ensuring proper documentation and security protocols
To maintain keys of all floors Provide administrative support to other functions like facilities/Admin/HR Handle data entry and document preparation at the front desk
Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Report any security concerns, incidents, or irregularities promptly
Handle any other duties related to front office operations
Bachelor’s degree in any; additional certification in office management is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Proven at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
